The Happy Tag

I have seen this tag floating around many of the blogs I follow and thought it would be fun as a little extra post. Most recently, I saw it on Sarah’s blog a free mind. For this tag, I nominate Becca, Hannah, Hallie, Stephanie, Paige, and anyone else who would like to do this (if you haven’t done it yet already!) If and when you complete (or if you have already completed) this tag, feel free to share the link to your post in the comments below—I would love to read them!

This tag is very similar to my Favorite Things posts and as far as I can tell, there are no real rules to this tag, only specific categories. I tried to include seven in each category...but I think it’s however many you want to include.

  1. Oooh, this looks so fun :) Love your choices too. Can't wait t do it myself!

    Dance A Real

    1. Thanks, Hannah! I can't wait to see yours. :)

  2. This is a super fun post, Dani! I am right there with you on Gilmore girls. (Although i haven't watched too much of it yet, my sister-in-law often has it playing when I'm over there, and it's so darn cute! Every episode has you just smiling with it's adorableness.) The same goes for North and South, Cinderella and The Young Victoria. All favorites that I rewatch frequently.

I don't do tags on my blog, but I think this one is super cute and fun, so I thought I would answer in a comment if that's okay. ;)And I picked five as my number. Not sure why exactly...

    Christie - Catherine Marshall
Come Rain or Come Shine - Jan Karon
Let Me Be a Woman - Elisabeth Elliot (So much wisdom and inspiration and encouragement.
My Life in France - Julia Child
Anne of Green Gables Series - L.M Montgomery - I can't count the number of times I have read these books. ;)

    My Big Fat Greek Wedding
    You've Got Mail
    While You Were Sleeping
    Sense and Sensibility
The Importance of Being Earnest - This must be watched very late at night while in a state of over caffination and exhaustion to be fully appreciated. It's ridiculous but I love it. ;)Collin Firth and Judy Dench are always superb.

    Coffee - in any form
    Fresh squeezed Lemons
    Books - old and new
    The Air after it rains

How Deep the Father's love for Us
Love Story -Taylor Swift. (it's just cute... ;)
Wake Me Up When September Ends - The Vitamin String Quartet
Blurry Face - Twenty One Pilots
Happy Together - The Piano Guy's cover

Daffodils, tulips and the gorgeous pink tree blossoms in my neighbors yard.
Attending a Contra dance tonight (contra dancing always makes me happy!)
Spending next weekend with my best friend!
Watching the old Julia Child cooking show that she produced in the 1960's
Lazy Saturday mornings spent reading a book in bed and on the internet. ;)

  3. "Christie" by Catherine Marshall and "Let Me Be a Woman" by Elisabeth Elliot are two books high on my to-purchase and eventually read list!

"Love" and "wanderlust" are such perfect words.

And all of your movies...just yes. Except for "My Big Fat Greek Wedding". For some reason I haven't ever seen that one! *adds to her to-watch list*

We recently just got rain for the first time too! The smell of rain on earth is almost more refreshing after you've had a drought for a while.

I'm not a fan of Taylor Swift but admittedly some of her songs are just too cute and catchy. :)

Also, contra dancing always makes me happy too! It's been a while since I had the opportunity to go contra dancing, but it's always a pleasure. :D

Thanks so much for sharing your responses, Becca! <3

  4. A Wrinkle in Time ♥ Geroninmo ♥ Cinderella ♥ On My Way ♥ Merlin ♥ ♥ ♥

  5. Yes, pilots create a certain mood. I love Guns for Hands. And I again decided to buy tickets to their concert . This is happy emotions and good rest from the cares and concerns.

  6. I admit, I have not been on this web page in a long time... however it was another joy to see It is such an important topic and ignored by so many, even professionals. I thank you to help making people more aware of possible issues. vape
